Nirav Patel
Founder & Director
Our Founder and Director, Nirav, started Primacy Homecare in 2023 with a single vision – to provide the local community with the very best care services at home. Born in Harrow and now a resident of Ruislip, Nirav is passionate about local issues, in particular those that affect the most vulnerable in our community.
Prior to founding Primacy Homecare, Nirav held a number of senior marketing leadership roles in the artificial intelligence, software automation, consumer and business electronics industries. Most recently he spent 13+ years at Nuance Communications, the leader in voice recognition, acquired by Microsoft and Tungsten Automation, a leading software automation and robotic process automation company.
Manisha Fazel
Registered Manager
Primacy Homecare is incredibly proud to have Manisha as our Registered Manager. Manisha has over 14 years of experience in caring for the elderly, with 11 years of those years as a Registered Manager.
Leading all aspects of the delivery of care for Primacy Homecare, she ensures that we are exceeding Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards in how we are a Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive & Well-led care organisation.
Here’s some more about Manisha in her own words:
I was born in Mauritius and my journey in care began in 2009 when I joined Home Instead until 2023, one of the leading care companies. Since then, I have dedicated myself to providing exceptional care to those in need whilst continuously refining my skills and expertise in the overall healthcare space.
As a dedicated Registered Manager, I bring a wealth of enthusiasm and passion to my role, always stiving to provide the highest level of support and assistance to those under my care, With a level 5 NVQ qualification in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care, I am equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively lead and inspire my team towards excellence in service delivery. Primacy Homecare is currently supporting me to further develop my skills by completing a Level 7 NVQ.
In addition to my current role, I am honoured to serve the Skills for Registered Manager Network as the Co-Chair for Brent and Harrow. This position allows me to contribute to the development and advancement of care standards within our community, further demonstrating my commitment to excellence in care.
I take immense pride in my work, recognizing the profound impact it has on the lives of individuals within our community. Each day presents an opportunity for me to make a positive difference.
Beyond my professional achievements, I am a proud parent of 2 wonderful boys.
Stephanie Scott
Care Coordinator
Steph, as she likes to be known, is the engine that ensures our carers know exactly where they need to be and when they need to be there. Care coordination is one of the most important functions within any home care service and with her 8+ years of experience, Steph makes sure that we don’t miss a beat.
Steph has a genuine passion for caring for others and our clients will often see her in the field inspecting the quality of our service, supervising carers and engaging with the community.
