The exact cost of your care will depend on the type and level of support you require, but the rates below give you a clear indication of what you can expect to pay.
Our standard weekday rates for hourly home care range from £33 to £38 per hour, depending on the care and support required.
Support towards the lower end of our hourly rate would typically include services such as:

Every person is different, which is why the care we provide is tailored around the individual rather than offering a one-size-fits-all service.
For care provided on Saturdays and Sundays, our hourly rate is £2 per hour higher than the applicable weekday rate.
On Bank Holidays, care is charged at twice the standard weekday rate.
We make these rates clear from the beginning so that you and your family can plan with confidence.
For individuals who need much more comprehensive support, Live-In Care provides round-the-clock reassurance and support within the comfort of your own home.
Our Live-In Care rates begin at £1,699 and range up to £2,200, depending on the level of support required and the complexity of the person’s care needs.
Live-In Care can provide support with everything from companionship and everyday routines through to Personal Care, medication, mobility and more complex health conditions.
The purpose is simple: to provide the support someone needs while enabling them to remain in the familiar surroundings of their own home.
Sometimes support is particularly important during the night. We offer both Sleep-In Nights and Waking Nights, depending on how much assistance is likely to be required.
A Sleep-In Night is charged at £280 for a 10-hour period.
Our Care Professional stays in the client’s home overnight and is available to provide support when required.
This can be suitable for someone who generally sleeps through the night but benefits from the reassurance of knowing that a Care Professional is present should they need assistance.
A Waking Night is charged at £350.
During a Waking Night, our Care Professional remains awake throughout the night, ready to provide care and support at any moment.
This may be appropriate where someone requires more regular monitoring, Personal Care, repositioning, medication support or other assistance during the night.
Transparency is not simply about publishing an hourly rate.
It is also about being clear about the additional charges you won’t receive.
Unlike many care agencies, Primacy Homecare does not charge administration fees for arranging your care.
We also do not increase our rates simply because you only need care for a short period of time.
