Home Care With a Difference
Unlike most home care companies, we are located on a stunning working farm in newly renovated offices that provide a welcoming environment for our customers, their family members, and our carers. All are welcome to visit our office anytime - should you wish to meet with our owner, care manager, care supervisor, or anyone else, just call, use the contact us area of this website to get in touch. Primacy Homecare believes that technology helps us to deliver a more secure and compliant care service. We use a purpose built care management system called OneTouch Health. This system not only ensures that we are able to securely document and store every customer care plan, but, enables us to track, monitor and guide every care interaction and appointment Our carers use a mobile app to check in to, check out from, and document every care visit. This app tells our carer the exact processes that they need to follow, the medications that they need to administer – every interaction is documented for the safety of our customers.
